Getting Started with Howly

Does this work with all workflows?
Yes — Howly supports contact, company, and deal-based workflows.Why does it say the trigger "couldn’t be loaded"?
HubSpot's V3 API doesn't expose every trigger type yet. We're showing you everything we can see, with a note if it's missing. You're not missing anything by waiting — it's just a limitation.What do the colored dots mean?
🟢 Green = Active
🔴 Red = Inactive
🟣 Purple = ConnectionWhy isn't everything connected automatically?
Because some workflows really aren't connected. We only light up the Journey Map when you select a specific workflow to explore its links. That way your canvas stays clean.Is this safe to use?
Yes. We use OAuth 2.0, and we never write data to your HubSpot account. You can disconnect any time.Can I use this with multiple clients or portals?
Yep. Howly Pro supports unlimited Pro/Enterprise portals.Can I cancel anytime?

Setup Instructions1. Go to howly.io
2. Click Connect to HubSpot
3. Make sure your instance has the required scopes:

Howly is a product owned and operated by Christian Baun Consulting, a registered Canadian corporation.Who can use it?
You must be 18 or older and authorized to connect apps to your HubSpot portal.What do we access?
When you connect your HubSpot account, you grant us read-only access to your workflows via OAuth.
We never modify, delete, or write to your HubSpot data.What are you allowed to do?
Use Howly for yourself or your clients.
Don’t resell it, reverse-engineer it, or abuse the system.What about payments?
Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime.
When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.What about your data?
We don’t store your workflow data. We only pull what’s needed to render the visual map.
